These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clip Badger ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Clip Badger service at app.clipbadger.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Clip Badger is an AI-assisted video editing tool for streamers. You upload raw stream footage, the Service analyzes it and suggests editing decisions, and you review and approve all cuts before exporting. The Service does not automatically cut, publish, or distribute your content.
You may be required to register for an account. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
All uploaded content is processed by automated systems. No human reviews or watches your footage. Source files are automatically deleted after 7 days, and exported files after 14 days. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice before changes take effect for existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically result in refunds unless requested within the 7-day money-back guarantee period. See our Refund Policy for details.
The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and branding, is the property of Clip Badger and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the Service's content analysis or editing suggestions.
In no event will Clip Badger or its operators be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of the rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
