Refund policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Clip Badger. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase, provided you have not processed more than 3 streams in your current billing cycle.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@clipbadger.com with the following information:

• Your account email address
• The date of your purchase
• Your transaction ID or receipt number (if available)
• A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

3. Refund processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process it within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

• Made within 7 days of your initial purchase
• You have not processed more than 3 streams in the current billing cycle

Refund requests made after the 7-day period, or after exceeding the 3-stream threshold, will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.

5. Subscription cancellations

If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically result in refunds unless requested within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.

6. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 7 days ago
• Subscriptions where more than 3 streams have been processed in the current billing cycle
• Refund requests that do not comply with this policy
• Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors

7. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
