Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process it within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
Refund requests made after the 7-day period, or after exceeding the 3-stream threshold, will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically result in refunds unless requested within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
